Yi jing Hexagram Names and Translations
Here is a chart showing the names of the 64 Yi jing hexagrams as given in the two main translations (Wilhelm/Baynes and John Lynn). The hexagram names are given in Pinyin with tones. In addition to the convenience of comparing the English translations from the two editions, the names of the hexagrams in Pinyin allow for the student to practice the learning the sounds of Mandarin Chinese. I will follow this post with a post giving the names in Pinyin and their corresponding Wade-Giles renderings.
